When you use our online shop, we will collect your name, email address, delivery and billing addresses, and telephone number (if applicable). You will have to enter your credit/debit card details into PayPal if you do not already have a PayPal account, but this information is not seen or stored by Book Corner.
Your personal details will be used purely to process and fulfil your order, and for no other reason.
Depending on availability in the shop, sometimes orders will be sent directly from Gardners, our suppliers, using their home delivery service. In this instance, your name and address will be shared with Gardners, but will be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
If you choose to use our Contact Form, we will collect your name and email address. We will use your email address solely for the purposes of replying to your query. If you choose to tick the box to receive our newsletter, we will retain your email address for this purpose. It will not be used for any other purpose, or passed on to anyone else.
If you use our in-store ordering service and you provide us with your name, delivery address, email address and/or phone number, your details will be securely stored on our Gardlink stock control system and used only for the purpose of processing your order(s).
You can request the removal of your details from our systems at any time, and we will delete them as soon as we receive your request.
